Ideas Lab is an independent research laboratory in Waterloo, Ontario. Our mission is to accelerate the commercialization of quantum technology for the economic and societal benefit of Canada. We pursue projects with near-term horizons, focused on significant market opportunities, offering significant performance improvements over the state-of-the-art in commercial and defence application.

Quantum Navigation: Electrical Engineer
We require an experimentalist who will address challenges in building and testing proof-of-concept navigation testbeds and migrating solutions to packaged devices.
Quantum Navigation: Software Engineer
We require a software engineer who will integrate optimal control theory, including machine learning algorithms and Bayesian estimation, with on-the-fly, adaptive quantum control of an experimental testbed.
